By participating in any Greatest Kids Naija contest, parents/guardians and participants agree to the following terms:

Participation: By participating, parents/guardians agree to these terms and to any additional rules published for a specific contest.
Eligibility: Contestants must meet specified age and residency requirements listed in each contest's brief. Greatest Kids Naija reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify entries that do not comply.
Conduct: Participants and their representatives are expected to behave respectfully and ethically. Entries that contain hate speech, bullying, or inappropriate content will be rejected.
Intellectual Property: By participating, you grant Greatest Kids Naija a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use submitted materials (images, videos, text) for promotional purposes related to the contest. Ownership of the original work remains with the submitter unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Contest Rules

Registration: Participants must provide accurate information during registration. False or misleading information may lead to disqualification.
Voting: Voting results are final. Votes are non-refundable and cannot be transferred. Attempts to manipulate votes (bots, vote buying, fraudulent activity) will result in disqualification.
Winner Selection: Winners are chosen based on the contest criteria stated in each contest's rules. For public-vote contests, the entry with the highest valid votes at the close of voting will be declared the winner.
